Better OKR check-in flow and several bug fixes.

- Fixed an issue where key results were not always correctly populated to the search cluster after creation, making them non searchable until they were edited
- Fixed an issue where search strings with some special characters would not return search results
- Fixed an issue where some teams were not selectable to see their results in an insights survey
